Shipping policy

Processing times:

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday), with occasional operations on Saturdays, particularly during extended holiday weekends.

 

Order Adjustments & Cancellations:

Once an order has entered the processing stage, we are unable to guarantee any changes. While we strive for efficient processing, we cannot guarantee the possibility of order cancellations or modifications. This policy extends to combining orders. If adjustments are necessary, please contact us at contact@alvatorrecreative.com, and we will try to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

 

Wrong Address:

It is important to verify that all shipping information is accurate. We do not assume responsibility for inaccuracies in your billing or shipping address. In the event an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to address errors, the buyer will bear the costs associated with reshipping the order.
