Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at contact@alvatorrecreative.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Remember to provide proof of purchase (photo of item) to facilitate the processing of your request. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for items purchased on sale or for gift cards. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
